Meet The Team

Get to know our team

With years of experience, we have built a team of landscape designers who are more than capable of creating and designing the perfect garden for you.
A collaboration between people with different backgrounds and training, and a mix of skills and specialisation helps bring together the diversity of a great team.

A vibrant and successful design team has included designing for Alan Titchmarsh and the team on ITV's Love your Garden.

When asked about teamwork, Laura replies:

"Knowing how to put together the right team for the job is one of our core skills. Coordinating a project and ensuring key tasks are completed in the right order are essential to delivering excellence."

Laura-Kate Anstiss

Director / landscape designer

Growing up on a farm on Exmoor meant from an early age, Laura was inspired by her surroundings and the landscape's natural beauty.

Laura started her career as a garden landscape designer in 1996 and did her work placement training with Stephen Woodhams in London. Her first show garden was in 1998 at the Stoneleigh County show.

Further along in her career, she designed many gardens in and around Bath and the Southwest for over 10 years. Until in 2000’s she relocated to Kent.
Distinctions 
Laura has worked hard to gain credibility to work on a vast variety of prestigious projects, ranging from small town gardens all the way through to large country properties with acreage. She also works with architects, property developers & interior designers.

Laura has a Degree as a Garden Landscape Designer (from Greenwich/Hadlow University), a HNC in Horticulture, AutoCAD and many other related qualifications.

Laura worked alongside Frosts Landscapes Ltd and designed all the gardens for a whole series of ITVs Love Your Garden.

With over 20 years as a landscape designer, Laura took up the challenge of designing for Chelsea which is the pinnacle of a designer’s career.

What Motivates Her
A timeless landscape design, in fact, will last for years. It changes peoples lives and the way they live, knowing that something you have designed and created could last beyond a lifetime is a real motivation.

Logan Luker

3D Designer
Logan designs and Renders 3D Gardens for the company.
Background
Logan has always had an interest in 3D design since his beginnings in game development. In his own time away from college he worked on his own indie game project. He studies T-Level Digital Production Design and Development.

Logan graduated school, acquired a level 2 distinction in Interactive Media and a grade 8 in Computer Science.
What Motivates Him
"The things you are passionate about are not random, they are your calling."  - Fabienne Fredrickson.

Logan wants to build the best portfolio possible for his future University applications.

In his spare time, he likes to design, develop and play video games, play/learn the guitar, go to the gym and practice fencing (the sport).

Zahir Daiyan

3D Designer
Zahir designs and Renders 3D Gardens for the company.
Background
Zahir has recently joined the company. Prior to that, he spent a few months developing his own skills and working on his own projects.
What Motivates Him
Zahir is obsessed with building a foundation and a portfolio for his future career of being a Software Engineer.

In his spare time, Zahir likes to design, develop, and create programs and likes to go the gym.

Ruby

Office dog
Ruby’s sole aim is to reduce stress and create a positive environment to work.
Distinctions 
When we’re busy or engrossed in our work, we often just work straight through the day without taking a break, but Ruby knows that this isn’t good and gets us moving.

• Having Ruby in the office helps with the creativity

• Ruby is always the first in the office and last to leave.

• And most of all Ruby reduces stress and relaxes everyone.

What Motivates Her
Ruby does like snacking and has a treat jar in the office and expects one regularly as her role needs regular rewarding
